Michael Mason was born and raised in Maryland, where he began a government affairs career in the state he has always called home. With more than 15 years of experience in government relations, public service, advocacy, and strategic advisory work, Michael has built a reputation for helping clients successfully navigate Maryland's legislative and regulatory landscape. He earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington College before serving as a Senior Advisor to the County Executive and Head of State Government Relations for Harford County Government from 2014 to 2019. Throughout his career, Michael has advocated before the Maryland General Assembly, the Executive Branch, and local governments across the state. A proud Annapolis resident, Michael lives with his wife, their child, and their dog, Gunner.

Rory Murray is a native of the Philadelphia area who relocated to Maryland in 2007. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2003 to 2007, achieving the rank of Sergeant, before continuing his public service as a Maryland State Trooper. Rory earned his bachelor's degree from Towson University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. Prior to joining Providence Strategies, he worked at a leading Annapolis lobbying firm before serving as Vice President of Advocacy for the MD|DC Credit Union Association. At Providence Strategies, Rory leverages his legal, public policy, and advocacy experience to help clients navigate complex legislative and regulatory matters. He resides in Maryland with his wife, their three children, and their dog, Maddie.

Lindsay Thompson is a lifelong resident of Maryland's Eastern Shore with more than a decade of experience in government relations across Maryland and Delaware. She earned a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington College before receiving her master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Maryland. Lindsay began her public policy career as a Legislative Director in the Maryland General Assembly in 2012 and, in 2016, purchased her own association management and government relations firm, specializing in agriculture, natural resources, and environmental issues. She continues to serve her association management clients through Thompson Ag Consulting while bringing her government affairs contracts to Providence Strategies. Lindsay and her husband farm in Queenstown, where they live with their three children and enjoy hunting with their prized retrievers, Breezy and Cash.

Andrew Griffin has extensive experience in government relations, public policy, and strategic advocacy, having served in leadership and policy roles at the highest levels of state government, including the Maryland Governor's Office. He earned both his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Maryland, College Park, before leading the government affairs team at the Maryland Chamber of Commerce, where he directed advocacy efforts on behalf of the state's largest business advocacy organization. At Providence Strategies, Andrew represents clients before the Maryland General Assembly, county and local governments across Maryland, the D.C. Council, and the United States Congress, helping them navigate complex public policy challenges and advance their legislative priorities. Residing in Annapolis, Andrew enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, their three children, and their Boykin Spaniel, Huck.

After living in several places throughout her childhood, Dina considers Maryland home. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland and brings professional experience across the SaaS, technology, professional membership organization, and production industries. Throughout her career, Dina has focused on streamlining operations, optimizing processes, and implementing initiatives that improve organizational efficiency and long-term success. At Providence Strategies, she applies her business expertise to support the firm's operations and contribute to its mission of delivering exceptional government affairs and advocacy services. In her spare time, Dina enjoys reading and writing, often accompanied in these activities by her cat, Willow.
